Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment has been received and cleared.
Please note that during promotional periods, holidays, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any unexpected delays, we will communicate with you as soon as possible.
Shipping Within South Africa
We currently ship throughout South Africa using RAM Couriers.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Major metropolitan areas: 1–3 business days
- Regional areas: 2–5 business days
- Outlying or remote areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery option.

For orders below R998, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey.

LiVelle cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or incomplete delivery information.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your parcel arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:
