This website is operated by LiVelle, a South African online business. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to LiVelle. By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

3. Products and Availability

    We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit the quantity of any product at any time.

    We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud or incorrect product information.

    Mystery Bundles

    LiVelle Mystery Bundles are intentionally designed as surprise products.

    Each bundle is individually assembled and no two bundles are guaranteed to be identical.

    Customers are welcome to share colour preferences, aesthetics or special requests in the Order Notes during checkout. While we carefully consider these preferences, they are requests only and cannot be guaranteed.

    LiVelle reserves the right to substitute items with products of similar style, purpose or value where necessary due to stock availability.

    We make every reasonable effort to avoid unnecessary duplicate items within the same mystery bundle.

    Mystery Bundles may not be returned or exchanged solely because the customer does not like or did not expect the surprise contents, except where required under the Consumer Protection Act.

    4. Pricing and Payment

    All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

    Payment must be received and confirmed before orders will be processed or dispatched.

    We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

    5. Shipping and Delivery

    Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

    While we strive to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. LiVelle will not be held liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

    Force Majeure
    LiVelle shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, power outages, pandemics, acts of government or courier disruptions.

    6. Returns and Refunds

    Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

    To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, LiVelle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

    • The inability to use our website;
    • Delays in delivery;
    • Product availability;
    • Errors or interruptions in service.

    Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

    Nothing contained in these Terms excludes or limits any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other applicable South African legislation.

    9. Product Use & Safety

    Some LiVelle products and Mystery Bundles may include skincare, bath, body, beauty or wellness products supplied by third-party manufacturers. Our products are intended for personal use and are not specifically marketed to children unless otherwise stated.

    Customers are responsible for reading all product labels, ingredient lists, directions and warnings before use.

    If you have known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions or medical concerns, we recommend reviewing ingredients carefully and consulting a healthcare professional before use.

    If irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate medical advice.

    LiVelle sources products from reputable suppliers but cannot guarantee that products are free from ingredients that may cause allergic reactions or sensitivities.

    Products must always be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

    LiVelle shall not be liable for injury, damage or loss resulting from misuse, improper storage, failure to follow product instructions or individual allergic or sensitivity reactions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
